Our valued client O2 recently had the need to fast-track an equipment delivery solution to a site in Lancashire. Having built the site numerous years ago we held the desired information to enable a fast and effective resolution of the problem. Given that a 8-10 week delay to organize a road closure meant a crane solution was not an option. Commhoist in conjunction with O2 designed a bespoke solution that was successful.

• Involved detailed weight and dimension calculations
  
• ‘dry-run rehearsing’ activities to foresee detailed obstacles
  
• Safe manhandling activities including working safely at heights
