From business inception in 1996 the journey has been a successful one built on two major facts - (1) providing customer focused bespoke solutions and services to major blue chip companies and (2) delivering safe, expert, cost efective and successful logistics, hoisting and management projects. With equal focus on the communication and commercial sectors Commhoist facilities 'best practice' methods to be used across sectors. This has driven our capabilities and enhanced the 'specialist' nature of our Service.

 

Commhoist 'culture' and 'can do' attitude has prevailed throughout our existence and is based upon leadership commitment to providing a great service and our staff in the field and office caring to deliver optimal safe solution in the fastest time possible. We rely heavily on our state of the art IT and IS System which hosts electronically the vital information from all our projects. This data and project information is a key success factor for Commhoist.

 

The Company planned to grow its reputation and service into the commercial sector i.e. clients and sector which are not telecom related, once the communication business was mature. From 2004 we have grown our service with clients such as: Network Rail, Birse Construction, Wrekin and we are commited to continued growth creating a balanced expert service to 'industry'.

 

During 2008 with the ongoing development of the business responding to market dynamics we have embraced our traditional service offering with a strategy of developing our core competence. We have accordingly developed our hoisting service to create 'L.H.M' solutions.

 

Logistics - Managing clients equipment, Storage services, Transport, Disposal.

 

Hoisting - In addtion to contract lift solution we now have 'below crane' solution such as hiab, lift and shift and unique 'Panther' vehicle.

 

Management - Embracing our core services we provide traffic management, value engineering, programme and scheduling, management of deliveries, expert consulting.
