Commhoist Group: Important information regarding COVID-19

Call 01942 269 335

The current COVID-19 situation is on everyone’s minds and we wanted to get in touch to reassure you that the health and wellbeing of our clients, staff, our family and their families is very much our top priority.

Commhoist & Redtrail have government key worker status and our business continuity plans have now been implemented which sees our office-based staff working from home to ensure our field teams still have the support they need to maintain the country’s mobile network during these unprecedented times.

Individuals, companies, emergency services and the government will be heavily reliant on the network over the coming weeks and months and it is therefore essential that we continue to provide our services during this time.

Our field teams will continue to provide an excellent service whilst adhering to the government guidelines. They will:

  • Follow the latest government guidelines
  • Continue to follow good hygiene practice
  • Maintain social distancing of 2m where possible
  • Go home and isolate should they show any symptoms or are in a high-risk category

Now more than ever people will rely on the network to contact their loved ones when they can’t see them face-to-face, and our teams will continue to work hard to ensure a continuation of service.

If you’d like to speak to a member of the team about a specific site or if you have any questions regarding site support services, please contact the following people:

The directors of Commhoist would like to say a big thank you to Team Commhoist, Team Redtrail and all our supply chain partners in these challenging and unprecedented times.

Stay safe and stay together we will overcome this adversity.
