Commhoist announce changes and additions to its Senior Leadership Team, to take the company through its next phase of development
Commhoist are pleased to announce they have strengthened their Executive Board with the appointment of Glynn Carlisle as new CEO and Louise Mooney as Operations Director.
The appointments mark a new chapter in the company’s evolution as it embarks on an ambitious programme of growth for the next decade.
Wayne Brierley, Managing Director said ‘’Glynn’s background is mobile network infrastructure services delivery and operations. He is a proven leader, with technical ability developed after over 30 years in mobile operators, equipment vendors and tower companies. I am really excited to be working alongside him as we move the business forward. Louise Mooney has been part of the Commhoist family for 20 years managing day to day operational activities in a range of roles including General Manager and Head of Operations. Her experience, knowledge, professionalism and endeavour to get the job delivered right first time is second to none’’
Adding his own thoughts on his new role as CEO, Glynn adds: “What drives me is helping companies, departments and individuals to evolve, develop and capitalise on changing market conditions. I’ve spent my whole career in delivery and operations where the only real constant is change. I like to think that my understanding of customer needs coupled with my background in business transition and transformation mean I can help lead on solutions that are win-win for both customers and Commhoist.”
Louise said: “It’s a huge honour to have been appointed Operations Director at Commhoist, especially at such an exciting time for the company. We are beginning to see a marked increase in demand for our services in all infrastructure sectors. I am confident that as a team we can continue to build on the success already gained and drive the company forward”
The new appointments are the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the rapidly expanding Lifting and Logistics Project Management Services Provider and further strengthen the already strong Leadership team.

These appointments come at an exciting time for the business. Only 24 months on from a £5 million investment from Private Equity Investors Key Capital Partners, the company’s growth strategy has already accelerated with an increase of 25% in staff levels.
In conjunction with the above announcements Bob Kerslake and Dave Carsley will step back from day-to-day management to assume roles as Non-Executive Directors. This will allow them to support the management team, advise on company strategy and provide their combined wealth of experience, which will be invaluable as the business evolves over the coming years.
