Today we’re excited to introduce our newest team member, Eleanor. Eleanor joins the Commhoist team as our newest Key Account Manager. Eleanor will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients. In her role she will provide exceptional support and assistance to our clients whenever needed.
A Background in Account Management
Eleanor brings with her a wealth of experience in the realm of account management. She has an impressive track record in the industry, having served as a Commercial Maintenance Account Manager, overseeing crucial accounts such as Travelodge, KFC, and various pub chains. Additionally, she excelled as a Commercial Fire Protection and Safety Account Manager, managing accounts for prestigious clients such as David Lloyd Gyms, Marks and Spencer, Cancer Research, and many more.
Her previous roles involved working closely with directors and site managers, handling planned works and swiftly attending to reactive maintenance callouts. One of her most memorable accomplishments is project managing a significant refurbishment on a hotel in Musselburgh, Scotland.
